BlueLion is amazing! I worked with Ashli on developing my staff handbook and she was extremely knowledgable and walked me through each aspect, providing guidance and advice where I needed help. I had no idea how to structure my benefits, what holidays should be paid, how to structure hourly vs salaried and full and part-time staff.
